How to Buy Domain Using MTN Mobile Money on Stormer Host.

Buying of domain using ATM card or other means of payment have been or is a huge problem among newbies. Some end up falling into the hands of fraudsters just because they are looking for someone to help them purchase a domain.

Today I will be showing you guys how to buy your domain name using MTN Mobile money.

My name is Ifeanyi John Obidike, I am a Nigerian living in Ghana, I am a blogger, vlogger and also a web designer. Recently I had a contract from Nigeria to create and design a blog for my client. Unfortunately, this contract came when my ATM card have expired and you know what that means, For me to get the job done, I need to visit Nigeria for another ATM card.

How to Buy Domain Name in Ghana

After much research, I discovered stormerhost.com a Ghana based hosting website which allows it user to buy domain, hosting etc with their MOMO account.

How to Buy/Purchase Domain on StormerHost Using MTN Mobile Money

• Visit  Stomerhost Website

• On the top right side of the website, select the picture avatar option to signup.

• To save yourself the stress, you can either sign up with your Facebook, Gmail or Twitter account

• After you must created your account, the next thing you need to do is to select the "DOMAIN" menu and click on REGISTER A NEW DOMAIN.

• When it opens, kindly type the name you wish to use and click on search.

• Now you need to note that, you can only proceed to the next step if only the domain you wish to use is available. If it is available then you can proceed by clicking on "add to cart"  and "check out" option. But if the domain you wish to use is not available, you have to search for another name or modify the one you wish to use.

• When you are done choosing your desired domain, the next page will be the "Domain Configuration" page. In these place, all you need to do is to tick on the "DNS Management" and "Email Forwarding" box then scroll down and click on continue to proceed to the next step.
• Now scroll down and click on "Checkout".

• This particular website have four different payment methods which you can see on the image below. All you need to do is to select the "Mobile Money (Send)" option, scroll down and tick the "Terms of Service" box then click on Complete Order.

Now when you are done with above step, an invoice will created for you, all you need to do is click on the "PAY NOW" menu at the top of the website.

Finally, the admin Mobile Money details (His name and phone number) will pop up, all you need do is to pick up your phone Dial *170# then follow the necessary steps and do not forget to attach the "REFERENCE" number given to you by the admin which is below his payment details. (you can check image below to see where and how the reference number is being written).

After that an email will be sent to the email you used to sign up to confirm your order.
